Our Mission

The Bee Fund is dedicated to empowering high school students worldwide to transform their communities through innovative, impactful initiatives. By providing access to funding, marketing resources, and a global network of leaders, we enable young changemakers to pitch their nonprofit ideas and bring their visions to life. Our international pitch competition fosters creativity and leadership, supporting projects like neighborhood clean-ups and other community-driven solutions. Together, we cultivate a hive of future leaders committed to making a positive difference.

Founder & CEO

Isha Sudhir

Isha is a student from Seattle, Washington. She founded the Bee Fund with the goal of reducing barriers in the non-profit sector. By providing youth everywhere with access to funds and technology, she hopes to increase access and inspire innovation.
